SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING 

Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after you have placed your order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. You can always track your package using the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation. All orders within EU are shipped via GLS and outside Europe orders are shipped via TNT, UPS and FedEx.



Shipping prices:


Europe: 10 EUR 

Outside Europe: 20 EUR


Danish orders will be delivered within 1-3 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.

European and International orders will be delivered within 1-10 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.

Orders placed in weekends will not be shipped before the coming weekday(s). Please notice that orders will not be delivered in weekends or on holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item is out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible. Some delays may occur during sales season, public holidays and due to severe weather conditions. You will be notified in advance about delays due to sales season. 



Additional transit time may occur when shipping to offshore islands. Aesther Ekme cannot take responsibility for orders that are delayed in Customs.



Please notice that we are unable to deliver to P.O. box addresses.

RETURNS

We offer easy returns within 14 days after you have received your package.
Please notify us about your return within 14 days after having received your purchase and ship it to Aesther Ekme by following these few steps.

RETURN PROCEDURE

• To return an order, please contact contact@aestherekme.com and await our confirmation on your return. After receiving confirmation, you can return your order by the following procedure.


• Make sure that the product is still in perfect unused condition and returned in original packaging with tags still attached. (We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not live up to these criteria)

• Place the product with original packaging in a shipping box and ship it to 


• Enclose the original sales receipt to the product. Write RETURN on the package to ensure a faster expedition time.

The financial responsibility of the return is yours until the package has reached Aesther Ekme and is confirmed by a delivery confirmation.

SALE RETURNS

We offer return on all items purchased on sale, if the items are returned within 7 days of receipt.

We only accept sale items that are unused and returned in its original packaging. You will be following the same procedure as when returning full-priced items. Except for the 7-day returning policy on sale items, the same terms and conditions apply for returning these goods.

EXCHANGE

You can easily exchange your purchase to another style or color if the wished items are available in stock. We offer 14 days of exchange of items from when you have received your purchase. The shipping cost will be deducted from your purchase as well as any additional fee will be charged or granted, if the prices on the exchanged items don’t match.
